Inspector notes: Observed a roach on the basement floor at the bottom of the stairs. PIC was able to provide 2 recent pest reports. On 10/23/25 exterminator states he caught a rodent in the kitchen. At today's inspection I did not observe any rodent droppings. Recommend more frequent vists from your exterminator until the report is free and clean. No activity/no catches.

Inspector notes: Observed equipment in the basement and outside in the trash area not being used. Remove all unnessary items and equipment inside and outside that are not being used. Clean outside around the trash area.

Inspector notes: Observed heavy grease build up inside the bottom of the fryolators. Clean to remove grease build up.

Inspector notes: Observed no sanitizer buckets being used. Observed soiled wiping clothes on the counter. Ensure staff is setting up sanitizer buckets and storing the wiping clothes inside. PIC was able to set a bucket up and we tested it 50ppm.

Inspector notes: Observed kitchen knife being stored in the flip top refrigeration unit. PIC removed the knife and placed it in the warewash area. Ensure staff is properly storing utensils.
