Inspector notes: Observed rodent dropping underneath 3 bay sink and on stored dishes on rack in basement storage room. Provide pest reports 9-3-25 PIC has taken care of the violations issued. The reports shows a mouse was caught. PIC will need to address the recommendations listed on the last report. Also continue to keep areas cleaned and provide a clean report from pest control. Please have them come back out and provide a report before re-inspection date.
