Controlling pests (c)
Inspector notes: Ecolab was coming out 2 to 4 times a month. The last report was 11/19/25. At today's re inspection the PIC was not able to provide a detailed IPM report for the month of December she was able to provide receipt of work order for all items listed on this report and the PIC did call Ecolab to explain that they have not come out to inspect for the month of Dec. Customer services stated that someone was out on 12/2/25 and they are sending over the report. Please provide the schedule date and the pest report before the end of the day today. Report needs to be free and clear of all activity. No catches/no activity. Recommmend more frequent pest inspections.
