Inspector notes: Observed mops being stored on the floor in the mop closet. Provide proper storage of the mop off the floor. At the time of the re inspection the mop organizer was delivered. Install mop organizer on the wall to ensure all mops are not being stored on the floor. Mop organizer has still not been installed.

Inspector notes: Observed multiple boxes being stored on the ledge in back of the dumpster. Clean and organize trash area. Remove all boxes.

Inspector notes: Observed grout in between the tiles missing throughout the kitchen. Provide grout where needed to prevent stagnant water on the floor. Observed a broken tile in front of the mop closet. Repair tile. At the time of the re inspection 90% of the tiles were sealed. Ensure all spaces cracks have been sealed and repaired.
