Inspector notes: ON 2-7-2011 AT APPROXIMATELY 3:40 PM OBSERVED EXCESSIVE GARBAGE OVERFLOWING FROM ALL GARBAGE RECEPTACLES AND PREVENTING THE PROPER CLOSURE OF RECEPTACLE LIDS. ALSO NOTED GARBAGE ON GROUND AROUND RECEPTACLES. MUST REMOVE ALL EXCESSIVE GARBAGE FROM RECEPTACLES AND FROM THE GROUND,PROPERLY CLOSE ALL LIDS AND PROPERLY MAINTAIN GARBAGE AREA.
