OBSERVED THE FOLLOWING FOOD CONTACT/EQUIPMENT AREAS NOT PROTECTED FROM THE PUBLIC. FRONT PREP ENTRANCE/FAR RIGHT PREP STATION AND METAL STORAGE RACKS STORING CLEAN DISHWARE, GLASSWARE AND OPEN WATER PITCHERS THAT ARE ADJACENT FROM CUSTOMER WASHROOM MUST BE PROPERLY SHIELDED FROM THE PUBLIC WITH BARRIERS. ALSO, EXPOSED HAND SINK NEXT TO ABOVE MENTIONED METAL STORAGE RACKS MUST HAVE SPLASH GUARD BETWEEN SINK AND SHELVING.
