FRONT PREP ENTRANCE/FAR RIGHT PREP STATION AND METAL STORAGE RACKS STORING CLEAN DISHWARE, GLASSWARE AND OPEN WATER PITCHERS THAT ARE ADJACENT FROM CUSTOMER WASHROOM MUST BE PROPERLY SHIELDED FROM THE PUBLIC WITH BARRIERS.
