Basic - Reach-in cooler interior/shelves have accumulation of soil residues. Bottom interior of sandwich reach in cooler has a build up of food debris.

Basic - Stored food not covered. Tray of muffins in walk in freezer.

High Priority - Employee touched soiled apron/clothes and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Employees rubbing face and nose on sleeves of sweaters with bare hands then continued to make drinks and handle single use items without washing hands between tasks.

High Priority - Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Spray bottle of cleaner and container of sanitizer wipes on prep table next to coffee machines on make line, all chemicals moved. **Corrected On-Site**

High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. Missing from hose side of mop sink in back of kitchen.

Intermediate - Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Several employees using hand wash station to dump and rinsing out blender jars at front counter.
