Basic - Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. Observed wet cleaning towel keep on top of prep table, not in sanitizer solution between uses..

High Priority - Employee handled soiled equipment or utensils and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Employee cleaned table, used phone, then when to prepare a drink no handwashing observed. Manager coached employee on proper hand washing. **Corrected On-Site**
