Walls inside single-use item storage shed soiled with mold-like substance. 3. Floor along walls throughout kitchen soiled with dirt and/or food debris. **Repeat Violation**

Basic - Unnecessary items/unused equipment on the premises. Unused equipment and buckets scattered on ground around mop sink behind building.

Basic - Unwrapped single-service utensils not presented so that only the handles are touched. Basket containing single-use spoons not presented with handles facing upwards. Manager moved spoons to another container with handles facing upward during this inspection. **Corrected On-Site**

High Priority - Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Five aerosol cans containing spray paint stored directly on top of bin containing mustard packets and directly beside box containing "cinnamon toast crunch" cereal. Manager removed the paint from the area during this inspection. **Corrected On-Site**

High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. Threaded faucet on mop sink behind building missing backflow prevention device.
