Operator said it had ambient temperature of 37F at 6 this morning, but was busy prepping and didn't check it again. The cooler had been in use all day, once we closed it it began cooling. The operator iced down all foods to rapid cool. All foods retemped at 45F and unit continued going down in temperature. Repair person arrived during inspection.
