High Priority - Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Bucket containing vinyl cleaner stored on floor directly beside cans of soda and plastic bottles of water. Inspector had an employee move the vinyl cleaner away from the drinks during this inspection. **Corrected On-Site**

Intermediate - Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Handwash sink in kitchen blocked by equipment and rag stored down inside handwash sink. An employee unblocked the sink during this inspection. **Corrected On-Site**

Intermediate - Incorrect chemical test kit provided for measuring the concentration of the sanitizer solution used in the three-compartment sink and/or dishmachine. Manager provided a PH test kit for quaternary sanitizer used in the three-compartment sink.
