Observed server putting ice in drinks and grabbing dirty dishes. No handwash sink at new space **Warning** - From follow-up inspection 2025-12-29: **Time Extended** - From follow-up inspection 2026-02-20: Per operator last week they spoke with a plumbing company regarding new location for hand wash sink. Once they determine where the hand wash sink can be placed, Operator will send new plans. **Time Extended** - From follow-up inspection 2026-03-25: Facility is still using new space as bar station. Observed employee scooping ice and serving drinks. No hand wash sink added. No plans submitted.
