Employee jacket and keys stored on shelf directly above condiment packets in drive through area. The employee removed all personal items from the shelf during this inspection. **Corrected On-Site**

Basic - Unclean building components, attachments or fixtures. Top portion of wall near cookline soiled with dust. **Repeat Violation**

Basic - Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Two wet mops stored down inside mop buckets in back of kitchen. An employee hung the mops up to dry during this inspection. **Corrected On-Site**

High Priority - Employee touched soiled apron/clothes and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Employee at front counter wiped hands on front of her shirt, then proceeded to scoop fries without washing hands. Manager had the employee stop and wash hands before continuing to work with food. **Corrected On-Site**

Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Nozzles and area around nozzles of fountain machine in lobby soiled with mold-like and/or lime-like substances.
