Basic - Food stored outside. Two reach-in coolers were observed outside of the mobile unit in the unenclosed smoker area with the following food items located outside. Adding observed both coolers were unlocked and lacked protection for the stored foods. Unwashed red and green peppers, Purple cabbage and green lettuce, Bottle of garlic, Purple and yellow onions, Sauce in unlabeled bottled, Cooked chicken stock, Cooked ground beef, Bread, Philly cheese steak, Dressings individually packed in small cups Sliced ham, sliced cheese, sausage, bacon, cream cheese, tuna salad, sliced turkey, shredded cheese and seafood.
