Basic - Floor tiles missing and/or in disrepair. Flooring ripped in back of kitchen beside dish machine.

High Priority - Raw animal foods not properly separated from one another based upon minimum required cooking temperature when stored in a freezer - not all products commercially packaged. Pans containing raw shrimp and raw scallops stored on shelf above opened box containing fries. All items are frozen solid. Manager moved raw items to the bottom shelf during this inspection. **Corrected On-Site**

Intermediate - Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Colander stored down inside handwashing sink in kitchen. Employee removed colander from sink during this inspection. **Corrected On-Site**

Intermediate - Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared onsite and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked. Pan containing pico missing date mark inside reach-in cooler at kitchen entrance. Manager stated it was prepared on 07/05 and voluntarily discarded it during this inspection. **Corrective Action Taken**
