Basic - Working containers of food removed from original container not identified by common name.cornmeal not labeled on the front line.

High Priority - Air gap between water supply inlet and flood rim of equipment/sink is less than one inch. Dish machine. **Repeat Violation**

Intermediate - No plan review submitted and approved - renovations were made or are in progress.
