Basic - Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food. One employee working at cookline and handling food with bracelet and watch on wrist. **Repeat Violation**

Basic - Food stored on floor. Two cases of lemonade stored directly on the floor inside the walk-in freezer. Manager placed both cases on a shelf during this inspection. **Corrected On-Site**

Basic - Missing drain plug at dumpster. Drain plug missing from one dumpster inside enclosure.

Basic - Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. Leaking water pipe outside near dumpster enclosure, pooling water in grass.

High Priority - Employee rubbed hands together for less than 10-15 seconds while washing hands. Employee at cookline handled raw hamburger meat, then washed hands for approximately five seconds, then put on new gloves. Manager had the employee wash hands again for 20 seconds and put in new gloves. **Corrected On-Site**

High Priority - Employee touched soiled apron/clothes and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Employee at cookline wiped bare hands on pants, then proceeded to handle the fryer basket without first washing hands.
