High Priority - Employee switched from working with raw food to ready-to-eat food without washing hands. Observed employee on cook line use gloved hands to touch raw beef patty place on grill then without changing gloves and washing hands remove a ready to eat burger bun from the pack and place on the cook line to begin plating a order. Same employee touched raw beef with gloved hands, then began handling clean utensils and single service items.
