Inspector notes: Observed tomatoes at 56F and cheese at 58F in prep cooler. Observed veggies at 54F and Ambient temperature of 56F in RIC cooler connected to the unit. Manager stated that they were aware of the issues with the cooler. Manager stated "cooler unit cuts on and off sometimes".
