Inspector notes: Observed multiple TCS food items in the prep top cooler in the main kitchen cold held above 41F (43F-45F). Manager was advised to place food items on ice for rapid cooling. Observed raw TCS food items in the lower reach in cooler in the main kitchen cold held above 45F. Manager was advised to discard all raw items and replace them with ones from the walk in cooler. Manager will send an invoice repair for the reach in/prep top cooler to keundra.golden@dph.ga.gov no later than 1/5/2026.

Inspector notes: Observed two tall containers of fish breading flour stored without lid in the back storage area of the kitchen. Observed raw chicken stored uncovered in the walk in cooler with debris on the shelves above it.

Inspector notes: Observed no hot water in the main kitchen when inspection initially started. Manager stated that the water heater breaker switched off and then proceeded to switch it back on. Hot water was restored in the kitchen. Observed one of the faucets of the wash sink without any hot water. Manager explained that the faucet does not work and that they use a bucket to catch water from the other compartments to fill the wash sink. Manager will provide a repair invoice to keundra.golden@dph.ga.gov no later than 1/5/2026 for the hot water faucet.
