Inspector notes: Observed fryer oil skimmer stored on a surface with food debris in between fryer and grill. PIC was advised to clean the surface area and the skimmer.

Inspector notes: Observed towels in chlorine sanitizing solution at 10ppm. PIC remade the sanitizer to 50ppm.

Inspector notes: Observed food build up on the shelf inside of the double door freezer. Observed food debris on the bottom of the single door reach-in freezer. Observed shelf above the rice cookers in need of cleaning. Observed shelf on the cooking line where single use to-go plates are stored in need of cleaning. PIC was advised to look into getting shelf liners for the cookline that were non-absorbent and cleanable. Observed excessive food and grease build up underneath the grill and on the sides of the fryers.

Inspector notes: Observed mold like substances around the caulking of the 3 compartment sinks. PIC was advised to remove old caulk, clean and sanitize area, and recaulk the sink.
