A handwashing facility may not be used for purposes other than handwashing. Pf COS: Discussed with PIC and employee that handwashing sink cannot be used for anything other than handwashing. The sink for ware/dishwashing can be used to fill jugs, buckets, or any other equipment with water to clean other equipment.

Inspector notes: Observed two racks in walk in cooler, one rack walk in freezer, and two shelves (one under chicken mixing sauces and another under the dry goods and microwave) in the main kitchen covered with carboard boxes during inspection. CA: Nonfood-contact surfaces shall be free of unnecessary ledges, projections, and crevices, and designed and constructed to allow easy cleaning and to facilitate maintenance. The cardboard boxes must be discarded as all surfaces and utensils in the kitchen most be durable and washable.
