PIC and manager explained that the cold water at the hand sink will continuously runs, therefore it is shut off until repairs are made. Inspector notes: Observed employee purse stored on the dry storage shelf in between food items, lotions stored above the prep sink, and personal empty cups around the prep table. PIC was advised to keep all personal belongings in a designated area to prevent possible contamination of food and food contact surfaces. PIC removed personal items and placed them in the office.
