Inspector notes: Observed build-up of debris on baffle in ice-maker. RCA: PIC to empty, clean, and sanitize ice machine. Then allow to refill with ice, burn that ice, and next load of ice for use. PIC shall inform staff members to clean the ice machine at frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil or mold.
