Inspector notes: Observed dish machine chlorine sanitizer concentration at 0ppm. After priming, chlorine sanitizing concentration came to 50ppm. Manager w2as advised to periodically run the dish machine and test the chlorine concentration to ensure that the machine is properly primed before washing dishes in the dish machine.
