Inspector notes: Observed can opener with accumulation. Clean frequently or replace blade if it needs to be replaced. Clean ice machine more frequently. Observed accumulation. Observed phone on PTC cutting board. Make sure nothing is on food contact surfaces to prevent contamination.

Inspector notes: Observed several items in PTC/RIC by grill not 41F or below. Raw chick in RIC at 42F, ham in PTC at 53F, lettuce in PTC at 46F, raw hamburger patty at 48F. Spoke to owner and he states that it was just working yesterday. Asked him to get it maintenance. We will return to check if it is working within 3 days.

Inspector notes: Observed several food items around facility and RIC that are stacked in containers. Containers of food are stacked in a manner that allows the bottom of one container to come into direct contact with the food in the container below. Store food containers in way that prevents direct contact between the bottom of one container and the food below. Use lids, food-safe barriers, or avid stacking altogether.

Inspector notes: Observed no hot water available at hand sink. Hot water in facility is available. Hot water is accessible at hand sink only when prep sink is turned on. Only one handle works for hand sink. Fix so both handles work. Owner states that the part will be delivered tomorrow. We will return to check if it has been fixed.
