Inspector notes: At time of inspection, observed an in-use sanitizer bucket on the floor, with no detectable sanitizer concentration. COS: PIC emptied, cleaned, and refilled the bucket with sanitizer solution (proper concentration verified with chlorine test strip). Change out often enough to keep the chemical sanitizing solutions in which wet wiping cloths are held between uses free of food debris and visible soil. Containers of chemical sanitizing solutions in which wet wiping cloths are held between uses shall be stored off the floor.
