Inspector notes: Observed chicken bites and filets held in breading station prep top cooler at 50F. Advised PIC that cold TCS foods must be held at 41F or below. PIC discarded TCS foods stored in the affected cooler and removed cooler from service. Chicken awaiting breading will be stored in functional walk in cooler until repair can be completed.
