Inspector notes: Inspector observed wet wiping cloth in sanitizer bucket stored out of the sanitizer solution over the edge of the bucket; sanitizer height too low too fully submerge the wiping cloth. COS - PIC made new sanitizer to refill bucket and fully submerged wiping cloth in sanitizer solution. Corrective action: Wet wiping cloths shall be fully submerged in sanitizer solution.
