Inspector notes: -Observed hood ventilation filters for broiler in the rear kitchen area of the facility soiled with soot, grime and debris. Filters were noted previous inspection. Last serviced performed 10/25, with next scheduled service 1/26. -Observed gasket seals in the reach in freezer near the office area of the kitchen soiled with old food debris and in disrepair for bottom portion of the cooler. -Observed gasket seals for the walk in cooler in the rear kitchen area of the facility in disrepair. *CA- Equipment, Food/Nonfood contact Surfaces, and Utensils, food-contact surfaces of cooking equipment & nonfood-contact surfaces free of accumulations. *CTM, Have gasket seals replaced and hood ventilation vents serviced and send documentation to Kristen.Tyler@dph.ga.gov within 72hrs.
