CA: The physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean and by methods that prevent contamination of food products. Clean the shelf where dry goods are stored. Observed excess food debris accumulation on shelf. Discussed with PIC to clean the floors under cooking equipment as soon as possible.
