Inspector notes: Observed TCS items temping between 43 and 50 degrees in large reach-in cooler. It was observed that a solid wooden shelf was used to replace a vented metal shelf and was stopping air flow through the cooler. All items below wooden shelf were above 41 degrees. CA: All cold-held TCS items must be maintained at or below 41 degrees. COS: All TCS items below wooden shelf discarded. Wooden shelf remained from cooler.

Inspector notes: Observed an Instant Pot air fryer in the facility used to warm pastries for patrons. After review, the air fryer is not NSF/ANSI certified. CA: All equipment used for food service must be commercial grade and NSF/ANSI certified. COS: air fryer removed from service.

Inspector notes: Observed the seal below the entrance door to be broken resulting in a gap when the door is closed. Observed knats and flies in the facility attributed to this. CA: all exterior doors must be self-closing and tightly seal to prevent pest incursion. Will order will be placed with building landlord.
