Inspector notes: Observed bulk ice machine not cleaned at a frequency necessary to be maintained clean to sight and touch. Observed tea nozzles in front food service area with an accumulation of debris. CA: Equipment such as ice makers shall be cleaned at a frequency specified by the manufacturer, or absent instructions, at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil or mold. COS: PIC will have ice machine and tea nozzles cleaned by correct by date indicated. Health dept. to check back.

Inspector notes: Observed raw catfish, tilapia and chicken tenders cold holding above 41°F (see temp log). CA: TCS foods shall be maintained at 41°F or below or 135°F or above. COS: PIC stated employee placed items approximately 1hr prior, therefor items were placed in WIC to cool quickly.

Inspector notes: Observed chemical spray bottled stored on prep top and sanitizer bucket stored on RIC beside breading. CA: Poisonous or toxic materials shall be stored so they cannot contaminate food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service and single-use articles by separating them by spacing or partitioning and locating them in an area that is not above food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service or single-use articles. COS: PIC moved spray bottle to chemical storage and moved breaded away from sanitizer bucket.
