Inspector notes: Several spray bottles were in the front of house and in main kitchen with unknown substance in bottles because they were not properly labeled. Also observed spic and span and a unknown spry bottle stored among bags of sugar which was open- not sealed. CA: Chemical when removed from their original containers need to be properly labeled when put into secondary containers. Also chemicals need to be stored away from food products and equipment and or utensils. will check for corrections within 72 hours
