Inspector notes: Observed shelves with rust and paint chipping off in the reach in freezer by the cook line and reach in coolers in the main kitchen and drive thru. PIC was advised to have shelves repaint in food grade paint. Observed black mold-like build up and debris inside of the cabinets underneath the drive thru soda machine and dining room soda machine. Observed an out of order reach in cooler interior in need of cleaning in the main kitchen.

Inspector notes: Observed a leak in the cabinet underneath the drive thru soda machine causing a build up inside of the cabinet and water pooling onto the floor by the drive thru window and in front of the counter of the drive thru area.

Inspector notes: Observed water on the floors in front of the counter by the drive thru and by the drive thru window. This is due to a leak from the drive thru soda machine. Observed baseboard tiles in the mop sink in disrepair. Observed missing and broken floor tiles throughout the main kitchen. Stagnant water observed in between broken and missing tiles. Observed baseboards by the restrooms in disrepair. Observed the ceiling around the vent by the restrooms cracking and buckling.
