Inspector notes: Observed interior ceiling of ice machine with black and pink mold-like substance. PIC (person in charge) was advised to turn off the ice machine, burn all the ice, and to clean and sanitize the interior surfaces of the ice machine. PIC was also advised to clean the ice machine on a weekly basis to prevent mold accumulation.
