Inspector notes: Observed 5 live German-like roaches between the mop sink area and back of the kitchen. Observed over 15 dead German-like roaches in the back kitchen area. PIC provided me invoice from Northwest Pest Control Services and stated they came out last week and come out again this week. Spoke with another manager over the phone, Scott Edwards, and asked him to send me pest control records containing what chemicals were used to treat which pests. Agreed with PIC to continue pest control services and cleaning frequently as instructed by PIC. Discussed patching holes around baseboards, walls, and ceilings to prevent entry points for pests.
