Inspector notes: Observed during the course of this inspection that the facility had a bottle of quat sanitizer that's concentration was 500ppm+. COS: The bottle of sanitizer was emptied out and then filled from the properly diluted source. CA: Glynn EH instructs management to ensure that staff are using the properly diluted sanitizer generated at the 3 comp sink and not using the concentrated sanitizer straight out of the bottle.
