Inspector notes: EHS observed in the reach in cooler that the whole milk expire on July 27, 2025. EHS removed it and made the kitchen employee aware and to discard it. CA-PIC needs to make sure that employees are properly discarding any food items that have expired.

Inspector notes: EHS observed the 3 compartment sink with a lot of towels on the floor surrounding the air gap. EHS turned on the facet and saw that water would flow to the top of the pipe and then slowly go down in the pipe but when you look inside of the pipe there is still a puddle of water present. So the water is getting stuck in the pipe line. CA-PIC needs to notify a plumber to check the air gap and see what is going and why the air gap is not working properly.

Inspector notes: EHS observed the the microwave in the kitchen had food debris inside of the unit at the top. Also the microwave in the dining room has food debris inside and needs to be cleaned. CA-PIC needs to make sure that employees are routinely cleaning all non food contact surfaces to reduce food build up and possible contamination from happening.
