Inspector notes: EHS looked into the reach in cooler was about to tempt the shredded cheese and the cheese had mold like substance on the product. EHS checked the label and the product was labeled correctly but the product still had mold like substance present on it. CA-EHS showed the product to PIC and PIC quickly discarded the item. PIC needs to make sure that employees are observing food items conditions before using them.
