Inspector notes: Observed 3-compartment sink and sanitizer bucket concentration too high at 500ppmQ. Ensure sanitizer level ranges from at least 150ppmQ-300ppmQ. Concentration is too toxic. I will be back later this week to ensure dispenser is at a correct concentration. The dish machine is in proper concentration at 100ppmCl. Informed PIC to use dish machine until sanitizer dispenser is calibrated.
