Inspector notes: Observed during the course of this inspection that one employee swept with a broom and dust pan and another employee used a sanitizer towel to wipe down surfaces, both employees attempted to change gloves without washing hands. COS: Glynn Eh instructed both employees to wash their hands before changing gloves. CA: Glynn EH instructs management to train staff members that after switching to a task that involves chemicals or un-sanitized equipment, as well as changing to any task that doesn't consist of the food prep they were conducting that they must take off their gloves and wash their hands before applying new gloves and engaging in food prep.

Inspector notes: Observed during the course of this inspection that two staff members were using handwashing sinks to rinse off utensils and as a dump sink. COS: Glynn EH instructed staff members to stop this practice when observed. CA: Glynn EH instructs management to train staff that hand washing sinks are only to be used for the sole purpose of washing hands and no other purpose.

Inspector notes: Observed during the course of this inspection that the facility had only 1 operational ice cream machine with the malfunctioning machine only able to produce ambient temps of 44 deg f. Machine was empty due to lack of chocolate ice cream mix. COS: Glynn Eh instructed staff to not use the machine until it has been serviced even if the facility acquires chocolate ice cream mix. Glynn EH instructs management to ensure that they have an adequate amount of specialized cold holding equipment to ensure proper temperature control.
