Inspector notes: -Observed 4 Quat Sanitizers throughout the kitchen in the facility with chemical concentrations too strong >500ppm. Dispensing unit at 3 compartment was also dispensing greater than 500ppm. PIC called Ecolab for service during inspection *CA: All sanitizing solutions shall not exceed maximum concentrations *COS: Quat Sanitizers were diluted by PIC and tested with test strips in proper concentrations of 200ppm-400ppm.

Microwaves, gasket seals were noted previous inspection. *CA: All equipment, food/nonfood contact surfaces and utensils, food contact/non-food contact surfaces shall be free of accumulations. *CTM: Conduct general cleaning of listed areas and send documentation to Kristen.Tyler@dph.ga.gov within 72hrs.
