Inspector notes: At time of inspection, the hot water valve at the three-compartment sink is not functioning, causing there to be no hot water available at the sink for warewashing. PIC states he will contact repairman to fix the issue. **************************************************************************** 10/3/2025: I received a call from the owner, stating that the valve has been repaired. I stopped by the facility and verified that the valve has been repaired, and there was hot water available at the warewashing sink. This violation has been corrected.
