Inspector notes: Observed containers stored above the 3-compartment sink stacked while wet. CA: Advised PIC dishes shall be stored in a self-draining position that allows air drying. COS: Food employee separated the dishes on the drain board to properly air dry

Inspector notes: Observed the walk-in cooler fan shield with heavy dust accumulation present. CA: Advised PIC Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris.
