Inspector notes: Observed no soap available at one of the two handwashing sinks in the kitchen. According to PIC the soap dispenser is broken. CA: Each handwashing sink or group of two adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with a supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder, or bar soap. PIC has already placed a replacement order for soap dispenser. The second sink available in the kitchen will be used for handwashing until more soap is retrieved.

Inspector notes: Observed black matter in the ice machine in the kitchen where ice drops once its made. CA: Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. Discussed with PIC to not use the ice machine until it is cleaned. It must be cleaned as soon as possible (by 10/11/2025).

CA: Surfaces of utensils and equipment contacting food that is not time/temperature control for safety food shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil. COS: PIC voluntarily placed the blade into a three compartment sink to be washed and sanitized.
