Inspector notes: Observed mold-like debris on the interior walls and baffle of the ice machine. Ice is a food item, and the machine must be washed and sanitized as often as necessary to prevent contamination of the food item. Ice machine to be cleaned at the end of the day.

Inspector notes: Observed the 3 compartment sink unable to hold liquid due to a leak in the drain. Observed a dripping leak under the front left corner of the rif. All equipment must be inspected routinely to ensure proper functioning. COS Maintenance to order gasket part and temporarily stopper drain for warewashing. Maintenance will evaluate leak under rif.

Inspector notes: Observed the dry storage room back door to have a large gap above it and a missing gasket around some of the door. Back door has a self-closer but it requires adjustment to self close the door. There is no longer a screen door on the exterior door. Observed the kitchen door to be kept open and the front food service doors to be open, all without self-closers. All exterior doors must be self-closing to prevent pest incursion. Maintenance order will be submitted for door repair and self-closing device installation.
