Inspector notes: Observed floors in bad repair in the kitchen. PIC will have the floors repaired with a temporary solution to repair seams that are separating. Column in kitchen needs to be repaired in the kitchen. PIC stated that he would install corner guards. Wall in the dry storage room downstairs is in bad repair. Please have these temporary changes made by December 15, 2025.
