Inspector notes: At time of inspection, sanitizer in three-compartment sink did not register (facility uses Steramine tablets and I tested with QUAT (QT-40) test strip). PIC states they were unsure if they added enough Steramine tablets. COS: PIC drained the sanitize compartment, refilled, and added more Steramine tablets this time. Sanitize solution is now at sufficient concentration. I provided some of my QT-40 test strips to PIC, until theirs can be ordered.

Inspector notes: At time of inspection, the facility has chlorine test strips, but uses Steramine (quat.) tablets for sanitizer. PIC asked her manager to order QT-40 test strips. I provided PIC with several QT-40 strips, to use until their order arrives.
