Inspector notes: Sanitizer not present in the warewashing machine. Hypochlorite solution was clear instead of the typical yellow. Bottle was replaced and machine was primed but the machine still did not reach the proper sanitation level. Contact a service technician to address the machine. Use available 3 compartment sink for proper sanitization of dishes until this unit can be repaired.
